Jordan & Big Bird

On Tuesday Big Bird and me went to do the splits and Big Bird nearly died, I don't know why!!
Big Bird had a go on the trampoline but didn't fall off. I was so proud of him!

Big Bird & Anna

One day Big Bird and Anna were walking home. Big Bird said "Look Anna", I said "What?" He said "You got a certificate!" I said "Yes Big Bird I did". Big Bird said "Well done Anna!"
That afternoon Big Bird and Anna had a Shrewsburry biscuit, it was yummmm! Big Bird said "Can I play on the tramp?" I said "Yes". Then it was time to climb the tree. Big Bird was so tired he fell asleep.

Ben and Big Bird

On Wednesday Big Bird came to my house. We played in the tree and had lots of fun. Big Bird had an afternoon tea of piklets and he loved it. He popped it into his mouth and swallowed it in one gulp! He slept in my bed but before we went to bed we brushed our teeth.

Big Bird finds a new house

Big Bird, Mohammad and me were watching Spongebob. Big Bird was sitting on my dad's chair. Big Bird was holding the memory chip in his mouth! Then me and Big Bird had to go to gym. While I did gym Big Bird had a drink. Then Big Bird said "Can we go and play in Big Bird's house?" I said "When did you buy a house?" Big Bird pulled me over to MY doll's house. I said "That's my doll's house!" "No, that's my new house" he replied. In the end I said "Ok" and let him use my doll's house. Me and Big Bird wanted to play on the Play Station so I asked mum and Big Bird asked Mohammad. When Big Bird saw mu bunk bed he said that he wanted to go on the top, so I threw him up on to the top bed. We were going to the park. In the park Big Bird got a bit dirty, so we gave him a bath then we brushed his hair. Then we had a good nights sleep.

Liam and Big Bird

Big Bird came to my house. We watched tv on Friday. In the morning Big Bird read the newspaper. We played on the laptop and then we played some basketball. Later on we went to my Auntie's house there me and Big Bird played on their tractor.

On Monday I went to ballet and Big Bird came with me. After ballet Big Bird danced around with me. I went to a friend's house with Big Bird. My friend showed us a fat pig and their chickens. When I got home I ate supper with Big Bird, he sta at the table with me. We watched a movie and Big Bird sat on my lap. I went to bed with Big Bird, he slept on the bed next to me.

At the weekend Big Bird came to my house. He helped to peel the potatoes. We played hide and seek. He hid in the water cupboard.
On Sunday we went to East Road Pets and Big Bird made friends with a turtle.

Big Bird's Holiday to Australia with Bradley Corbett

On Saturday 11th October Big Bird and Ernie took off to Surfers, Australia with Bradley and Hannah Corbett.
The flight was fine, Big Bird was a bit restless during the flight, but everyone was excited when we arrived in Australia.
We took Big Bird to Sea World - he loved the Polar Bear and the water-ski show. Then we saw the real life size Big Bird and Ernie dancing with their friends, Elmo stopped to say Hello! We all really enjoyed watching Bradley swim with the dolphins.
At movie world Hannah met up with some more of Big Bird's friends, Bugs Bunny and Tweety Bird also stopped to say Hello!
Unfortunatly Big Bird was not tall enough to go on the rides at Movie world, and he got a little scared when he saw Shrek! But he loved the race car.
At Dream World we all had a great time. Hannah and I got tattoo's but Big Bird was under age for a tattoo, which upset him a little. Still being too small for the rides we took him to see the animals which he loved. His favourate was the Koala.
One of the best days was at Australia Zoo where we gotto touch the Koala's, Kangaroo's, Lizards and the Crocodiles and we even got to feed the Elephants. We loved looking at all the animals this was ther best day!
On the day we came home we had to get up at 3.30am!!!!!It was a long day but it was cool having TV's in the seats in front of you on ther plane! We couldn't wait to get back toschool to see all of our friends and share our holiday with them.
We all had a great time in Australia. We liked taking Big Bird on holiday with us. He is welcome tocome with us any time.

Braeden & Big Bird's big weekend

On Friday Big Bird went down the back garden to do some hoeing, he was working so hard he got puffed out so he sat down on the big trailer for a rest. When he went inside he was so dirty he went for a bath in the washing machine, he went round and around and around! When he came out he was too wet so he had a sit on the clothes horse and had a sunbathe.

On Saturday we went to the BMX track but he was no good on a bike so just watched from the car.

On Sunday we went to Gore to go ice skating then we had some tea.

Big Bird's visit with Larissa

On Tuesday Big Bird went to hip hop classs with me. On Wednesday he played a Thomas and friends game then we watched some tv. We fell asleep infront of the tv but had a biscuit before we went to bed. We went to the Y.M.C.A. for hip hop and had lots of fun and lots of lollies. We won the third game of Freeze. If you won you got a prize of two crocodiles. Then we played Octopus.We watched Two & a half Men. Then Big Bird needed to visit the toilet. Big Bird helped me do the dishes after we watched Sticky TV, there were 6 knives, 4 big plates, 2 small plates, 5 big spoons, 1 soup spoon and 3 small spoons. Then my cousins came before we went to the Civic Theatre, we went because my cousin Sydney is in the choir. She is at Fernworth Primary School. At bed time Big Bird fell out of the bed. He said it was more comfortable on the floor! I took a photo of Big Bird dancing to Hannah Montana to The Best of Both Worlds, we love that song so much! Next Big Bird read a book about the Three Little Pigs, he said that it is a cool story. He also thinks Room 2 is the best class at Salford School!

Jake & Big Bird

On the way home from school Big Bird wanted to take some cool pictures with Tom, then he had some even cooler ones with me!

Next he climbed the steep roof. After that he took some awesome flying lessons. Then he needed a rest so watched some tv. After that he rode dad's masive bike. Then he got burried. He got out and put on some black sunnies and got in the pool. But because he got so wet he went for a ride in the spin dryer. Next we went to the rocks and sat by the fire. After that he had a big sleep on the couch and when he woke up he was thirsty so had a big drink of orange juice. Then he climbed a tree and sat on the big tree house. Then he rode the fast skateboard. Then he tried to fly but ended up on the washing line.

Today Big Bird watched Sponge BoB Squarepants with Grover. Then Big Bird went for a drive in the Action Man truck. Next Big Bird had to go to the toilet. After he had washed his wings he had some popcorn and crackers. Then Big Bird played with Elmo.

Hospital Visit

Today Big Bird went to the Critical Care unit at the hospital. We went there because his heart stopped! So Big Bird needed a shock by my mum because she is a nurse. When his heart started to beat again he had his picture taken with Jo, Jenny and Guy they are all nurses there. I gave him an operation and hooked him up to a heart monitor then listened to his heart beat. Oh no, his heart has stopped beating again! SO we put him on a ventilator wich is a machine that helps him to breath.

Ed and Big Bird

Today Big Bird played chess and he won. I made Big Bird a bed out of a blanket and a hat. Big Bird played Stat Atack2 and this tiem I won! Big Bird made a hat out of an egg shell. Then Big Bird went under the wheel of the car! Oh No! He got squashed, and then he went flying and his head got stuck in the engine of the car. Big Bird jumped out and into the mail box and he got stuck in there. So Big Bird was sat in there. Then Big Bird went and sat on the back of Granny's car. The cat was having a lay down and Big Bird went to ly on the cat! He went and sat at the side of him. Then he had some lunch. At bed time I made Big Bird a sleeping bag and when I went to put him in it he kept trying to escape. So he went to sleep in the cat's bed. Then when I looked he was biting the cat's toy! When Big Bird went and sat on the chair he looked like and old grandma!

Big Bird at Morgan's House

Big Bird went to sleep with me, we went on the swing as well. He came in my big brother Chris's room and he came on the slide. Then we watched some TV . Then Big Bird and me went to my kids club called Iconz Adventure. We went to the observatory at the museum, to look through the telescope. We looked at the stars and planets. They looked relly cool. Big Bird liked looking at the moon.

In Te Anau with Tom 24/8

Yesterday Big Bird went to Te Anau and saw a top dressing plane. It was flying low spraying, then it landed. He got a photo beside a Takahe sculpture. We took a photo of him with a helicopter. We went to see his friends, the Canada Geese, the Kea, Takahe, Wood Pidgeon and Kaka. We stayed at Nana and Grandads new holiday house, Big Bird had his own bed. In the morning he needed to go to the toilet. Matt was just about to flip Big Bird but I dived and grabbed him just before he got flipped. We went to the park to play. Big Bird wanted to go down the slide. He asked me to come with him. On the way home Big Bird wanted us to take a photo of him close to the wind farm on White Hill.

Home with Xanthe! 19/8

Big Bird tried to do my homework for me. And then Big bird watched some TV with me and Thalia. Big Bird asked if he could help make tea and them had a little pet time. Then Big Bird ran Elmo. Then it was bed time for Big Bird. Then story time. On Wednesday me and Big Bird went to Hip Hop at Jazz time. The teachers name is Lou, she is the nicest hip hop teacher.

Big Bird at the Olympics

Today Big Bird went to the Oympics. He has been to the running on day one and day two he watched the swimming and lots of other stuff. After that we went to bed, then the night was over. In the morning we watched Spiderwick and after that we made play-dough for the 5 year olds in room 10.

Grace & Big Bird at Dunedin's Mercy Hospital

Today Big Bird came to Mercy Hospital for an operation. The operation was to put some grommets into my ears. I got a special thing called a gown, it looked funny! I got to see my bed, it was cool and went upand down. I got a band and so did Big Bird, they had our names on. I got mine put on my foot so did Big Bird. Then we went into the room were they put you to sleep. Let the operation start. After that I was awake. Then they wheeled me back to my room. I got to see my mum and get some breakfast. I chose Cocopops and ice cream with jelly mmm-mmm!! I got my clothes back and got dressed. The nurses gave me a colouring book to take home and a teddy bear called Maddie. She is wearing a t shirt that says Maddie the Mercy Bear. My little brother got a colouring biook too and a teddy bear too, his one is chocolate bear. Then it was timje to go home.

Courtneys birthday party

When we went to Courtneys birthday party at the Cabbage Tree, Big Bird rang Elmo to say hello. Then he was thirsty so he had a drink of wine and ate a little hot dog his size! Then he went to play with baby toys and he also played wrestling on the playstation. When he looked at the paintings his favourite one was the ducks.
